The EM60 Series brings together the most advanced CNC machining centers in the engine rebuilding industry. On a single machine: cylinder boring, surfacing, line boring, lifter boring, lightening, engraving and even the digitizing and reproduction of cylinder heads.
Two operating modes are its strength: the Rottler touch-screen control, so simple that everyday operations (boring, surfacing, line boring) are learned in a few hours. And advanced CAD/CAM software for general CNC machining: part manufacturing, special rework and industrial applications.
With the built-in RENISHAW probe, the machine digitizes parts directly, with no separate coordinate measuring machine: reproduce a cylinder head or an intake port with exceptional accuracy, without any hand finishing.

3/4-axis center with 24-tool automatic changer. The production machine: engine blocks and custom parts, 0-8000 rpm spindle, brushless servo motors with BISS encoders.
5-axis digitizing and porting center. High-power CAT40 taper spindle, automatic 5th-axis brake for heavy machining (cast iron, billet), RCAM software.
