This page explains which personal data this site collects, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is NEXTAIM, a French single-shareholder simplified company (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, 325 route des Bauges, 74540 Cusy, France (SIREN 940 146 145, Annecy Trade and Companies Register), which operates the RECTIPERF site.

2. Which data, for what purpose, for how long?
You write to us (Contact form or assistant form)
- Data
- Name, e-mail, phone and company if you provide them, your message or the conversation with the assistant.
- Purpose
- Answering your request: call back, price, documentation, appointment.
- Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps taken at your request; legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries.
- Retention
- 3 years after our last exchange, then deletion.
You ask the assistant a question
- Data
- Messages typed, page viewed, random conversation identifier, date and time.
- Purpose
- Answering you; receiving a daily summary of conversations to improve the assistant.
- Legal basis
- Legitimate interest (providing the requested service and improving it).
- Retention
- 30 days. Your IP address is used only to limit the number of questions per hour: kept for one hour, with no link to the conversation.
You browse the site
- Data
- Necessary technical cookies (language, time zone, session) and an anonymous visitor identifier specific to our management software, for internal traffic statistics.
- Purpose
- Running the site and measuring its traffic.
- Legal basis
- Legitimate interest; strictly necessary cookies.
- Retention
- Cookie lifetime: 13 months at most. Traffic is measured with Plausible, hosted by Odoo S.A., without cookies or personal identifiers. No third-party advertising tool is used on this site.
While you use the assistant, the conversation is also kept in your browser's memory (session storage) to follow it from one page to the next; it disappears when the tab is closed.
3. Who receives your data?
Jonathan Philips, within NEXTAIM, is the sole recipient of your requests.
We use technical service providers, who act only on our instructions: Odoo S.A. (Belgium), host of the site and of the management software; Cloudflare, Inc., which relays the assistant's messages and keeps its log; Anthropic, PBC, whose artificial intelligence model writes the assistant's answers from the messages typed.
Cloudflare and Anthropic are established in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
4. The site assistant
The assistant is an artificial intelligence program. It can make mistakes; for any decision, call or write to Jonathan.
No decision concerning you is made automatically: the assistant guides, it does not decide.
Please do not enter sensitive information (health, opinions, etc.) or confidential data about third parties. The content of your messages is sent to Anthropic to produce the answer.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to its use, request its portability and give instructions on what happens to it after your death. You may also object at any time to being contacted again. Write to j.philips@rectiperf.com : we reply within one month, and may ask you for proof of identity if there is any doubt.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Requests arrive in Jonathan Philips's mailbox and in our management software, with restricted access.

This page may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
